Cooking Instructions
For all Food Service products above
It's as easy as 1...2...3!
- Preheat oven to 400ºF (350ºF - 375ºF convection ovens.)
- Place frozen hors d'oeuvres on cookie sheet. Parchment paper or non-stick
tray will aid in easy removal.
- Bake approx. 10-20 minutes depending on oven and type of hors d'oeuvres.
Remove when pastry is lightly golden brown.

to help banquet kitchens and caterers cope with the rising need for vegetarian
meal replacements. Our entrees are designed to be nutritionally sound,
attractive to the eye, delectable to the palate and easy
to prepare. Simply eliminate from the plate the meat or the poultry
portion and replace with a freshly baked or steamed Thyme and Truffles
vegetarian portion.
SPINACH AND CHEESE ROTOLLO

Spinach blended with feta and ricotta cheese, flavoured with herbs
and spices and rolled in a pasta circle.

Steam in a perforated hotel pan approximately 10-15 minutes until
heated through. |
RATATOUILLE IN SEVEN GRAIN PASTRY

Diced eggplant, zucchini, red and green peppers in a tangy tomato,
