Developed from the quality suggestions of our customers and utilizing the hottest new directions in fine dining, we have created pieces that focus on presentation, with less pastry and more colour, while retaining the excellent flavour profiles which you have come to expect from our products.

ASIAN SHRIMP ROLLS
Shrimp, vegetables & ginger are sauteed together in toasted sesame oil and then hand-rolled in a crepe wrapper.

SMOKED SALMON & DILL CREPE ROLLS
Smoked salmon and a lemon dill cream surround baby asparagus spears in this tasty crepe roll.

ITALIAN TRI-COLOUR TORTE
Three separate layers; spinach, roasted garlic and roasted red peppers are blended with chevre, ricotta and cream cheese to form this tri-colour torte presentation.

SOUTHWESTERN PINWHEELS
 The flavors of Black Bean, Corn and assorted Cheeses highlight this beautifully presented tortilla pinwheel.
 
MUSHROOM OLIVE TAPENADE PINWHEELS
A creamy mix of Mushrooms surrounding a flavorful Olive Tapenade presented in a green tortilla pinwheel.
